At Ghani Khamma, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and care that goes into each of our pieces. We understand that sometimes, a product might not be the perfect fit. Below is our policy on returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility


Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the following conditions are met:

The request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the order

The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact

A valid reason for return is provided and approved by our team

Non-eligible items include:

Custom-made, altered, or made-to-measure pieces

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards or promotional vouchers

Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

Email us at ghanikhammaoffcial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

Mention your Order Number, item(s), and the reason for return/exchange

Our team will respond within 48 hours to verify eligibility and provide next steps

Please do not ship the item without prior approval from our team.

3. Shipping & Charges

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect

In case of approved exchanges, the customer will bear the cost of shipping both ways

If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost and replace the item or issue store credit

4. Refunds

We currently do not offer monetary refunds. Once your return is approved and received:

You may choose between:
a) An exchange for another product of equal or higher value (with payment adjustment)
b) A store credit valid for 6 months

Store credits will be issued via email within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. Damages and Defects

If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will inspect the issue and arrange a replacement or store credit.

6. Color and Fit Disclaimer

Please note that slight variations in color, embroidery, or fabric texture may occur due to photography or screen differences. Sizing may also vary slightly as our pieces are handcrafted. Such variations are not considered defects.

7. International Orders

At the moment, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
